Shelly's Recipe

LIMELIGHT CHICKEN

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup lime juice and olive oil
3 tsp fresh basil
3 minced cloves garlic
Salt and pepper, to taste

Combine ingredients in a resealable bag and poke both sides of chicken with a fork and seal. Marinate for 1 hour at room temperature, turning frequently. Grill until no longer pink, brushing often with marinade. Serves 4
