Shelly's Recipe

PEANUT BUTTER DELIGHTS

1/2 cup butter
4 cups confectioners sugar
2 cups creamy peanut butter
3 cups crisp rice cereal, slightly crumbled
2 cups milk chocolate chips
4 tbsp shortening

In a large bowl, mix together first 4 ingredients. Roll into small balls and set aside. Melt chocolate and shortening until melted. Remove from heat. Coat balls with chocolate mixture. Refrigerate several hours to harden.
