PEANUT BUTTER CUP COOKIES

3/4 cup chunky peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking power and baking soda
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
2 cups quartered miniature peanut butter cups
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Beat peanut butter and butter until blended. Beat in next 3 ingredients until blended. Beat in egg and vanilla. Beat in flour just until combined. Stir in peanut butter cups and chocolate chips. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
