CELERY WITH WALNUT CREAM CHEESE

1 tsp butter (at room temperature)
1 tsp blue cheese
1 3-oz pkg cream cheese
2 tsp walnuts, chopped and lightly toasted
6 stalks celery, cleaned and cut in 4 inch lengths

Place the butter and cheeses in a bowl, and mash together. Spread the mix in the channels of the celery. Sprinkle walnuts on top. A few nasturtiums on the plate will make an attractive garnish.
