TUSCAN PORK CHOPS

3/4 cup Italian dressing
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tsp dried rubbed sage
4 pork chops, about 1 1/2 inch thick
2 tbsp butter
In a large plastic bag, combine first 3 ingredients. Add chops; turn to coat. Close bag and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 3-24 hours. Remove chops, reserving marinade. Grill or broil chops, turning once until chops are done.
Meanwhile, bring reserves marinade to a boil and continue boiling 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in butter until melted. Serve with chops. Serves 4
