SAUTED CHICKEN BREAST SANDWICHES

2 tbsp vegetable and olive oil
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
4 Kaiser Rolls
Lettuce and tomatoes

Heat oil in skillet. Season chicken with seasonings. Add to skillet and saute until brown on both sides, about 10 minutes. Slice roll and serve with lettuce and tomato.
