CAJUN CRAB SPREAD

Category: Spreads -- Cold

1 lb cream cheese, room temperature
8 oz crab claw meat, shredded
1 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp dried thyme leaves
Chopped fresh parsley leaves

Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the crab and continue to mix. Add the Cajun seasoning, hot sauce, and thyme and mix until blended. Place the mixture into a bowl and top with the chopped parsley before serving and transfer directly to a serving tray. Serves with crackers.
