CHEESEBURGER BAKE

1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder and black pepper
1/3 cup ketchup
1 1/2 cups finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (7 1/2 oz) pkg refrigerated biscuits

Preheat the oven to 450. Coat an 8 inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper over high heat, stirring to break up the beef. Drain off any fat, then add the ketchup and cheese; mix well and pour into the baking dish.

Place the biscuits over the top and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden and cooked through. Serves 4-6
