STEAK AND BABY PORTOBELLOS

1 pkg Knorr Tomato with Basil recipe mix
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup water
1-lb boneless sirloin steak
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup chopped shallots or onions
2 cups sliced baby Portobello or white mushrooms
1/4 cup dry red wine or beef broth

In medium bowl, combine recipe mix, broth and water; set aside.

Season steak, if desired, with ground black pepper. In 12 inch nonstick skillet, melt Spread over medium-high heat and brown steak, turning once, about 6 minutes. Remove steak and set aside.

In same skillet, add shallots and cook, stirring frequently, 1 minute. Stir in mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. Add wine and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and return steak to skillet. Simmer covered 6 minutes or until steak is desired doneness and sauce is thickened. Serves 4
