Shelly's Recipe

SESAME CHICKEN PASTA

Combine in a large bowl:
6 oz cooked pasta spirals
1/4 cup sesame seeds, olive oil and sesame oil
1/3 cup soy sauce and rice vinegar
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
3 cups cooked, diced chicken
1/2 cup minced parsley
1 cup blanched broccoli flowerets
1 bunch sliced green onions

Toss together and serve with a chilled crisp and fruity white wine.
