MEXICAN HAMBURGER CASSEROLE

1 pkg flour tortillas, torn into wedges
1 lb hamburger, browned and drained
1 medium can ranch-style or plain pinto beans
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups shredded cheese
1 can diced tomatoes with pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 2 quart casserole with cooking spray. Line with torn tortillas. Then layer: 1/2 meat, beans, onion and cheese. Repeat layers beginning with tortillas.
In a separate bowl, mix tomatoes and soup. Pour over casserole. Top with cheese. Do not stir. Bake, covered, for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Should be bubbly and hot.
