MEXICAN SLOPPY JOES

3 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
10-12 oz pkg longhorn cheese, grated
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (4 oz) can chopped ripe olives
1 (4 oz) can salsa
Hard rolls, to serve on

Brown beef and onion together; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Pinch bread out of center of rolls; rill with the beef mixture. Wrap each roll in foil. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
