CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE II

1 yellow cake mix
1 (3.4 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil and water
1 pkg German sweet chocolate, grated
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup chocolate frosting, melted
Pecan halves

In a mixing bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Fold in grated chocolate, chips and nuts. Transfer to a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 60-65 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. Drizzle with frosting; garnish with pecan halves.
