CHOCOLATE CHERRY SQUARES

1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 (4 oz) pkg Germans sweet chocolate
1/4 cup water
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling

Combine first 3 ingredients. Press into a 9 inch square pan. Chill. Melt chocolate until smooth. Beat cream cheese until fluffy; beat in chocolate. Fold in 2 cups of topping. Spread over crumbs; top with pie filling. Chill. Garnish with remaining topping.
