CHOCO-MALLOW REFRIGERATOR DESSERT

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
8 oz marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
2 (1 oz) squares semisweet chocolate, coarsely grated

Combine first 3 ingredients and pressing into bottom and up sides of pie plate.

Melt marshmallows in milk over low heat, stirring frequently. Cool.

Add vanilla; fold in cream and chocolate. Pour into crust and chill thoroughly before serving.
