2 eggs
1 lb ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp parsley
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
1 tsp basil, salt and sugar
Dash pepper
Combine first 6 ingredients together. Form into small shaped meatball and brown in a skillet in olive oil. Drain oil from skillet. Mix together remaining ingredients and 3 cans water and pour over meatballs. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
