MINT DELIGHT

1 pkg Thin Mints (crushed)
3 tbsp butter (melted)
1 (8 oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
2 Large pkgs instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups milk
4 cups whipped topping

Combine Crushed cookies, (reserve 1/4 c for topping) with melted butter. Press into bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Chill.

Combine cream cheese with 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over cookie mixture. Chill 15-20 minutes.

Prepare pudding according to directions and pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill for an hour, or until ready to serve. Top with remaining whipped topping and crushed cookies.
