1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup long grain rice, uncooked
1 envelops chicken rice soup mix
2 1/2 cups water
1 tsp poultry seasoning
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Melt butter in a frying pan. Add next 3 ingredients and saute until rice is golden brown. Add soup mix, water and seasonings. Cover and tightly simmer for 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
