SPINACH-CHERRY SALAD

Dressing
1/4 cup olive oil and red wine vinegar
2 tsp honey
1/8 tsp black pepper

Salad
5 cups spinach leaves
1 cup bite-size pineapple wedges
1/2 cup dried tart cherries and sliced red onions
Crumbled feta cheese
Oven-roasted Almond Accents

To make dressing, mix olive oil, vinegar, honey and pepper well. Marinate one hour. Mix spinach, pineapple, cherries and onions in salad bowl. Spoon dressing over spinach mixture. Serve topped with feta and Almond Accents.
