WINTER GREENS WITH OLIVES

Vinaigrette
1/3 cu orange juice
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped drained capers
1/2 tsp dried oregano

Salad
6 cups mixed winter greens
3 tbsp chopped olives
2 tbsp toasted pine nuts

Combine all vinaigrette ingredients in a jar; cover and shake vigorously.
Salad: Combine greens and olives in a large bowl. Pour vinaigrette over all. Toss to combine. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
