HAM AND ASPARAGUS QUICHE

2 (8 oz) pkg diced ham
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 lb fresh asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 green onions, sliced
1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs
1 pie crust
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Heat oven to 400. Grease 10 inch pie pan and place crust into pan. Sprinkle ham, 1 cup of cheese, asparagus and onions into pan. Beat milk, eggs, salt and pepper until smooth, about 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into crust. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes our clean. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Servings 8
