MEXICALI DIP - Crock pot

Category: Dips - Hot

1 (16 oz) pkg Velveeta, cut into chunks
1 (15.5 oz) jar medium chunky salsa
1 (15 oz) can chili with beans
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, cut into chunks
1 pkg taco seasoning mix

Garnish: 4 green onions, chopped
Tortilla chips

Combine ingredients in a crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hour or on HIGH for 1 hour, stirring once halfway through cooking, then again at the end of cooking until cheese melts completely. Garnish with onion and serve with chips.
