3 tbsp vegetable broth or water
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
11/2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Store in refrigerator.

NOTE: Refrigerated, the vinaigrette keeps for about a week. Yield: 1 T (11 servings)
