DIJON-HERB DRESSING

Category: Salad Dressing

2 tsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp water
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
dash of pepper

In a small bowl combine red wine vinegar and mustard; add water. Gradually add olive oil while stirring with a wire whisk. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serves 2.
