Wings
1 lb chicken wings, pre-cooked 25 minutes at 350 degrees
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup canola oil
2 tbsp diced green onions
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp orange juice
2 tablesoppns diced parsley
1 tbsp diced cilantro
4 tbsp minced red onion
Spice Mix
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paparika
Combine all ingredients
In a medium saute pan, heat oil at medium-high. Add wings and cool for 3 minutes. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes and then add the spice mix. Deglaze with lemon and orange juices, garnish with green onions, parsley and cilantro.
