SHRIMP AND FETA PASTA SALAD

6 cups water
2 lb unpeeled medium-size fresh shrimp
10 oz fusilli (corkscrew) pasta, cooked al dente
1/2 lb feta cheese, crumbled
6 green onions, chopped
4 medium tomatoes, cut into eighths
1 tbsp minced fresh basil
Pepper, to taste
1 1/2 cup s Italian dressing
Leaf lettuce

Bring water to boil; add shrimp and cook 3-5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Drain well; rinse with cold water. Chill. Peel shrimp and Deveined, if desired.

Combine shrimp, paste and next 6 ingredients, tossing gently. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving. Serve on lettuce leaves. Serves 4-6
