FLOUNDER IN LEMON DILL SAUCE

3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp chopped dill
3/4 tsp dill weed
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
Green onion, sliced thin
1 lb flounder fillets
1 lemon sliced, for garnish
In a skillet, heat first 5 ingredients, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted and hot. If fillets are large, cut into serving size pieces. Add flounder to butter mixture in skillet; cover and cook 5-8 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Baste fish occasionally with butter mixture in skillet. Arrange fish with sauce on a platter. Garnish with lemon slices. Serves 4
