SWEET AND SPICY SHRIMP II

Steam 2 lbs peeled and deveined medium shrimp.

In a large bowl, whisk together to blend:
3/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
3/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt

Add mixture to shrimp and toss to coat. Arrange shrimp on a platter. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp chopped green onions. Serve warm or at room temperature.

NOTE: To do ahead, steam and shrimp and make the sauce 1 day ahead of time. Toss the shrimp in the sauce and sprinkle with green onions just before serving.
