SWEET AND SPICY SHRIMP I

2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1/2 tsp dried minced onion
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp butter
1 lb large shrimp (24 to 30 count), peeled and deveined
2 tsp fresh chopped parsley

In a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard, minced onion, and ginger; mix well and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and saute the shrimp for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the honey-mustard mixture to the shrimp, stirring until the shrimp are pink and the sauce is heated through.

Sprinkle with the chopped parsley and serve immediately. Serves 4-6
