FLOUNDER PARMESAN

1 1/2 lb cod, flounder or other mild whitefish fillets, thawed
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup soft bread crumbs, about 2 slices bread
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Season fish with salt and pepper. Combine butter and garlic and dip fish in mixture. Combine bread crumbs and cheese. Dredge fillets in bread crumbs to thoroughly coat. Place on broiler pan and broil 6-8 inch from heat for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serves 4
