PORK CHALUPAS - Crock Pot

2 lbs pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch pieces (4 cups)
2 (15 to 16 oz) cans red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1/4 cup canned chopped green chilies
4 large cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp white vinegar
5 tsp chili powder
5 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp coarse black pepper
Flour Tortillas (6 to 8 inch in diameter)
Condiments: Sour cream, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, shredded Cheddar cheese

Spray slow cooker and underside of lid with nonstick cooking spray. Place pork in slow cooker. Mix all ingredients except tortillas; pour mixture over pork. Do not stir. Cover and cook on LOW setting 8 to 9 hours. Do not remove lid during cooking. Place tortilla on individual serving plates. Spoon pork mixture over tortillas. Top with desired condiments.
