FISH WITH DILL

Category: Fish and Seafood

1 1/2 - 2 lb flounder or sole
4 tbsp butte
1 tbsp chopped dill
1 tsp Dijon mustard
bread crumbs
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp soy sauce
3 tbsp scallions

Brush narrow casserole with butter. Layer fish, 2-3 deep, and sprinkle dill on each layer. Spread top layer with mustard, then bread crumbs and melted butter. Blend soy sauce and lemon juice. Place around fish and broil 5 minutes. Put scallions on top and bake 5 minutes at 450 on bottom rack. Serves 4
