HONEY MUSHROOM PORK CHOPS

4 pork chops
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup honey and soy sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1/4 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp garlic salt
3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
3 cups cooked rice

In frying pan, brown chops on both sides. Drain. In bowl, combine all remaining ingredients except rice. Pour mixture over chops. Cover and simmer for about 35-45 minutes or until chops are tender. Serve chops and sauce over rice.
