Dressing
1 tbsp orange juice and honey
1 1/2 tsp olive or vegetable oil
Salad
3 cups bite-size pieces fresh spinach
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup cubed cantaloupe
2 medium green onions, sliced
In tightly covered container, shake all dressing ingredients. In large bowl, toss all salad ingredients with dressing. Serves 4
