3 eggs, beaten
2 cups half-and-half
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 package Knorr vegetable soup mix
10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 pie shell, unbaked

Combine all filling ingredients and spoon into shell. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
