LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN WITH SPICY SOUTHWEST SLAW

1 pkg boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/3 cup yellow mustard and ketchup
2 tbsp white or cider vinegar, minced fresh cilantro and diced green onion
2 tsp sugar
1 fresh jalapeno, seeded and minced (optional)
1 pkg coleslaw mix (1-lb)

Prepare grill or broiler. Combine lemon pepper and oil; brush over chicken breasts. Grill or broil chicken, turning occasionally, 15 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170 degrees.

Meanwhile, whisk together mustard, ketchup, vinegar, cilantro, green onion, sugar and jalapeno in a large mixing bowl. Add coleslaw mix and toss lightly to coat with dressing. Serve coleslaw alongside chicken. If desired, garnish plates with fresh cilantro sprigs
