FISH FILLETS WITH MUSHROOM LEMON SAUCE

1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
6 chopped green onions
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1 tbsp chopped parsley
6 (4 oz) orange roughy
Saute mushrooms and onion in butter in a large skillet until tender. Add flour; stirring well. Cook 1 minute; stirring constantly. Gradually stir in milk. App parsley and next 3 ingredients; bring to a boil.
Arrange fish in a single layer over sauce in skillet; carefully spoon sauce over fillets. Cover; reduce heat; simmer 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Transfer fish to serving platter and top with sauce. Serves 6
