*CHOCO-BRICKLE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES*

1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp vanilla
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 tsp salt and baking soda
1 cup toffee bits
Icing
1 cup milk chocolate chips
2 tbsp butter
1 cup toffee bits
Preheat oven to 375. Combine first 5 ingredients and blend. Add eggs and beat just until blended. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Stir in toffee bits. Mix just until blended. Drop by heaping tspfuls 2 inch apart on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten slightly with floured bottom of a glass. Bake 7-8 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes.
Melt chips and butter. Stir until smooth. Spread on tops of cooled cookies and dip in toffee bits. Gently press in and let icing set before eating.
