BACON-WRAPPED CITRUS SCALLOPS

1-1/2 cups orange juice
2 (2-lb) pkg sea scallops
24 slices bacon
3/4 cup bottled citrus-herb dry rub
12 (10- to 12-inch) wooden skewers*
Place orange juice in a large bowl.  Remove the strip of muscle from each scallop.  Place scallops in juice; let stand 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook bacon in large skillet over medium heat 5 minutes or until just beginning to crisp but still soft.  Drain on paper towels.
Place citrus rub in a shallow dish. Remove scallops from juice; drain.  Roll the edge of each scallop in citrus rub and wrap with bacon slice, overlapping the ends slightly.  Thread 4 bacon-wrapped scallops onto each skewer.  Place 4 skewers in each of 3 containers with tight-fitting covers.  Chill until ready to serve.  
When ready to finish and serve this dish, preheat grill to medium high (350 to 400). Place skewers on grill.  Grill 4 to 6 minutes until scallops are opaque in the center and feel somewhat firm, turning several times.  Serves 12
*Soak wooden skewers in water at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
