APPETIZER HERB-ROASTED POTATOES WITH BASIL-LIME MAYONNAISE

Potatoes
2 lb bag small potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp chopped fresh basil and oregano
3/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder and ground cumin
2 tsp chopped fresh chives
Basil-Lime Mayonnaise
1 lime
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt and sugar
Potatoes: Preheat oven to 400. In a bowl, toss potatoes with remaining ingredients except chives and spread in a single layer in a baking pan. Roast 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown; stirring once halfway through roasting add chives.
Mayonnaise: Squeeze juice from lime into a small bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with potatoes for dipping.
