2/3 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup chopped mixed raw vegetables (carrots, celery, radishes, pepper, etc)
1 tbsp chopped green onions
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 to 1/2 tsp hot sauce
Saltn and pepper, to taste
Combine ingredients in food process and refrigerate to blend flavors. Store, coverd, in refrigerator up to 5 days.
makes 1 1/4 cups spread.
