GARLIC CHEDDAR CHEESE SPREAD - Easy

1 tsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
12 oz sharp cheddar cheese spread
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 cup half and half

In a skillet, melt butter and saute garlic for 1 minute. In a food processor, combine garlic with remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Add extra half and half if needed for desired spreading consistency.
