GOURMET ONION BURGERS

1 lb ground chuck
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, divided
4 tsp prepared mustard, divided
1 (2.8 oz) can French fried onion rings, divided

1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (2.5 oz) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
4 Kaiser rolls, toasted

Preheat grill. Combine ground chuck, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 3 tsp mustard and 1/2 onion rings. Shape into 4 patties. Grill, covered, over medium heat about 15 minutes, turning once.

Meanwhile, combine cream cheese, remaining Worcestershire sauce and mustard, mushrooms and parsley. Spread mixture on 1 side of cooked patties. Top with remaining onions. Serve on rolls.
