2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 cups Wheat Chex, crushed
1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
1 teaspoon salt
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

Stir together soy sauce and honey; set mixture aside. Combine cereal crumbs and pecans. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over chicken. Dip both sides of breast in soy sauce mixture; dredge in crumb mixture to coat. Arrange chicken breasts on a foiled-lined cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 425 for 15 to 20 minutes.
