PUMPKIN DELIGHT

Crust
1 yellow cake mix, reserve 1 cup for topping
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 egg

Filling
1 (29 oz) can pumpkin
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg, ginger and salt

Topping
1 cup reserved cake mix
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, optional

Preheat oven to 350. Crust: Combine ingredients and press into a 13x9 inch baking pan. Combine filling ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour over crust. Topping: Combine ingredients, cutting butter and nuts in until mixture becomes crumbly. Sprinkle over filling. Bake for 50 minutes.
