ITALIAN SALSA

Category: Dips - Cold

1 large tomato, white onion and cucumber, peeled & diced
3-4 canned whole, peeled tomatoes, chopped
Approximately 10 Pepperoncini pepper, finely chopped

Stir together all ingredients. More canned tomatoes may be added for consistency. Also more Pepperoncini may be added (and some juice) for more flavor. Chill for at least one hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
