CREAMY FETA DRESSING

Category: Salad Dressing

8 oz plain yogurt
4 oz feta cheese
2 tbsp mayonnaise and olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp garlic powder (or use a small amount of fresh garlic)
Pinch salt
Fresh ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in a blender or small food processor. Blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust seasonings. Refrigerate for at least one hour. NOTE: Good served over sliced cucumbers.
