LOW COUNTRY SHRIMP SPREAD

Category: Spreads -- Cold

3 lbs shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
1/2 to 3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp each minced onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground red pepper

In a food processor, chop shrimp. Blend in mayonnaise to moisten. Stir in remaining ingredients and transfer to a bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend in flavors.
