BOGATA CASSEROLE

1 (8 oz) pkg spaghetti, cooked al dente
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1 can tomato soup + 1/4 cup water
1/2 - 1 cup green olives, sliced
1 cup grated brick cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup + 1/4 cup water

Brown beef, add onion, salt and pepper. Stir in tomato soup and water. In a butter casserole dish, spoon 1/4 cup meat mixture. Layer 1/3 pasta, layer 1/2 the olive slices and 1/2 the cheese. Top with remaining 1/2 meat/soup mixture. Repeat layering.

Mix the mushroom soup and water and pour over the top. Do not mix in. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned and edges are bubbly. Allow to rest about 10 minutes before serving.
