POTATO SOUP - Crock Pot

8 cups coarsely chopped peeled potatoes
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 lb bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
1 *8 oz) pkg cream cheese
3 (14.5 oz) cans chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp pepper

In a 4 quart crock pot, stir together the potatoes and onions. Stir in the bacon. In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and add to the crock pot. Cover and cook the soup on low 8-10 hours or on high 4-5 hours. Serves 8
